This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.

📋 Description

• Conduct functional behavior assessments and create personalized treatment plans.

• Develop and manage evidence-based programs utilizing ABA principles, such as DTT, PECS, NET, and PRT.

• Oversee and provide training to Behavior Technicians and RBTs regarding intervention strategies and data collection methods.

• Track progress, evaluate data, and adjust goals as necessary.

• Collaborate with assistant supervisors, school psychologists, educators, and administrative staff.

• Promote trauma-informed practices and multi-tiered systems of support.

• Facilitate team training sessions and assist in the development of clinical programs.

• Participate in IEP meetings and offer clinical consultation in educational settings as required.

• Provide remote clinical support to technicians working with clients exhibiting physical aggression, self-injury, or other challenging behaviors.

• Communicate the company’s outreach initiatives to the community.

• Address service referrals promptly.

• Engage in professional meetings or conferences.

• Uphold the organization’s mission, vision, and values.


⛳️ Requirements

• Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or a related discipline.

• Current BCBA certification in good standing with the BACB®.

• A minimum of 5 years of experience working with children with autism or developmental delays.

• At least 2 years of supervisory experience in ABA environments.

• A minimum of 1 year providing remote supervision.

• Comprehensive knowledge of ABA methodologies.

• Experience in developing FBAs and BIPs.

• Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities.

• Dedication to cultural responsiveness, ethical practices, and family-centered care.

• Must reside in California.

• Ability to pass a criminal background check and Live Scan.

• Requires a private workspace that complies with HIPAA regulations.

• Access to reliable high-speed internet.

• Part-time availability of approximately 15–20 hours per week.

• Capacity to work Monday through Friday during sessions scheduled between 8:00 AM and 7:00 PM.

• Active BCBA credential.

• Authorization to work in the United States.
