Clinical Supervisor

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New Jersey.

📋 Description

• Oversee the Peer Support Specialist Mentors' activities according to the established schedule.

• Ensure the safety and clinical effectiveness of both Mentors and teens.

• Guarantee that Mentors are surpassing expectations regarding professionalism, role responsibilities, and more through effective management.

• Supply A+ documentation to our Clinical Operations team.

• Provide consistent updates to the Head of Clinical Operations regarding the well-being of your Supervisees.

• Demonstrate a willingness to offer additional support to higher acuity teens within the program.

⛳️ Requirements

• You must be a licensed mental health provider (LPCC, LCSW, LMHC) in New Jersey.

• You should have experience supervising clinicians, peers, or other mental health professionals.

• A strong working knowledge of ACT, DBT, and CBT modalities is required.

• BONUS: Experience in a startup environment, particularly in healthcare, is a plus.

• BONUS: Direct experience working with adolescents in a mental health context, along with a willingness to manage a small, intermittent clinical caseload of teens.
