📋 Description

• Oversee the Somethings Peer Support Specialist Mentors during the following hours: Monday to Thursday: 4PM EST - 10PM EST, and Friday: 4PM EST - 7PM EST.

• Ensure the safety and clinical effectiveness of both Mentors and teens.

• Guarantee that Mentors surpass expectations in professionalism, role responsibilities, and more through effective management.

• Deliver top-notch documentation to our Clinical Operations team.

• Provide consistent updates to the Head of Clinical Operations regarding the well-being of your Supervisees.

• Demonstrate a willingness to offer additional support to higher acuity teens in the program.

⛳️ Requirements

• You must be a licensed mental health provider (LPCC, LCSW, LMHC) in Illinois AND/OR North Carolina.

• You should have experience supervising clinicians, peers, or other mental health professionals.

• You possess a strong understanding of ACT, DBT, and CBT modalities.

• BONUS: Experience in a startup environment, particularly in healthcare.

• BONUS: Direct experience working with adolescents in a mental health context and a willingness to manage a small, intermittent clinical caseload of teens.
