Clinical Supervisor

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Alaska.

📋 Description

• Oversee the Somethings Peer Support Specialist Mentors according to the provided schedule.

• Ensure the safety and clinical effectiveness of both Mentors and teens.

• Guarantee that Mentors meet and exceed standards of professionalism and role requirements through effective management.

• Deliver comprehensive documentation to our Clinical Operations team.

• Provide consistent updates to the Head of Clinical Operations regarding the well-being of your supervisees.

• Demonstrate a willingness to offer additional support to higher acuity teens within the program.

⛳️ Requirements

• You must be a licensed mental health provider (LPCC, LCSW, LMHC) in Alaska.

• You should possess experience in supervising clinicians, peers, or other mental health professionals.

• A solid working knowledge of ACT, DBT, and CBT modalities is required.

• BONUS: Experience in a startup environment, particularly in healthcare, is advantageous.

• BONUS: Direct experience working with adolescents in a mental health context and a willingness to manage a small, intermittent clinical caseload of teens is preferred.
