Clinical Study Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Netherlands.

📋 Description

• Responsible for the delivery of studies within the region/country, ensuring inspection readiness quality while adhering to established timelines and budget.

• Directs the clinical operations team at the regional/country level and serves as the point of escalation for any arising issues.

• Guarantees that regional/country outputs are in alignment with the overall objectives of the study.

• Works collaboratively with stakeholders and provides consistent updates on study status to senior management.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor’s Degree in a scientific or healthcare-related field.

• A minimum of 7 years of progressive experience in clinical research within the biotech, pharmaceutical, or CRO industry.

• At least 2 years of experience in clinical study management or as a team lead.

• Previous experience as a Clinical Research Associate (CRA) is preferred.

• Proficient in computer skills, including MS Office and project planning applications.
