This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.
• Manage territory for the current TEG customer base.
• Enhance product usage among existing clients and broaden the customer base by providing clinical education to new users, thereby generating revenue growth.
• Ensure that customers can operate TEG equipment, software, and related disposables independently, safely, and efficiently.
• Train both new and existing customers on all product and clinical features of the TEG line.
• Summarize training sessions and provide necessary follow-up support through onsite assistance in various operational and application areas.
• Offer clinical expertise to ensure that the TEG product line meets standard care levels.
• Drive business growth by establishing new relationships with clinicians.
• Visit designated hospital accounts to identify and train clinical champions.
• Provide dedicated onsite support for new TEG customers during their “going live” phase.
• Address technical, operational, and clinical concerns of customers.
• Education Level: Bachelor of Arts or Science (required).
• Master of Arts or Science or Business Administration (preferred).
• Over 3 years of experience in the industry or clinically related experience, ideally in complex medical devices and/or critical care settings.
• Proven written communication skills.
• Excellent verbal communication and listening abilities.
• Ability to persuade and demonstrated success in driving product adoption.
• Strong interpersonal skills, comfortable interacting with clinicians at a high level, with a talent for cultivating customer relationships.
• Robust project management and organizational skills.
• Required knowledge of hemostasis management.
• Strong technical and clinical aptitude to understand and train customers and users on products, including operating the TEG® Analyzer, interpreting results, and using the software effectively.
