This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.
• Deliver clinical training, conduct product needs assessments, assist with product evaluations, manage product conversions, provide procedural training, conduct in-servicing, and oversee installations.
• Share in-depth knowledge of medical devices to keep sales and marketing teams informed about clinical best practices.
• Collaborate with the National RES and Atlantic Regional Manager, Territory Managers, and Marketing to foster customer relationships.
• Offer product demonstration support in hospitals, clinics, and other medical facilities, along with post-sales assistance for both new and existing customers.
• Coordinate with the Sales team to meet objectives and budget goals.
• Stay updated on medical literature, competitive positioning, market trends, and customer needs to identify business opportunities.
• Ensure the expansion of the customer base.
• Maintain a current database of information collected at customer sites.
• Contribute to the growth and development of the sales team.
• Assist in creating training programs.
• Provide high-quality education and clinical training to all internal and external customers.
• Present on PFT topics at conferences and tradeshows.
• Ensure effective and informative communication regarding issues that may impact the quality of service or products.
• Participate in ongoing training and relevant professional associations as required.
• Keep current knowledge of clinical best practices known to nursing staff (including product handling, staff codes of conduct, infection control protocols, aseptic techniques, privacy requirements, etc.).
• Collaborate on special projects as needed.
• Post-secondary degree in Health Sciences, Respiratory Therapy, or a related field.
• At least eight (8) years of clinical experience in a hospital setting.
• Specialized experience and knowledge regarding medical devices, including their use, benefits, challenges, and end-user requirements.
• Sales or marketing experience is considered an asset.
• Exceptional written communication skills.
• Proven proficiency in the Microsoft suite of products.
• Strong presentation abilities.
• Fluency in French, both written and spoken, is a plus.
• Capability to safely and legally operate a motor vehicle.
• Willingness to travel frequently.
• Ability to lift and/or move up to 50lbs (23kg).
• Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
