This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in North Carolina.
• Serve as a Trusted Partner: Collaborate with Field Sales to deliver technical and clinical support during customer meetings, product demonstrations, and evaluations to meet BFlex revenue objectives designated for the territory and region.
• Together with field sales, nurture customer relationships by providing ongoing assistance and follow-up across multiple hospitals and their departments.
• Clinical Expertise: Participate in patient cases and procedures, offering guidance to physicians and clinical teams regarding the clinical workflow, advantages, and applications of our airway and respiratory product line.
• Address various inquiries related to clinical airway and respiratory applications as well as disease processes.
• Provide expertise in both product and clinical, technical competencies.
• Comprehend Periodic Automatic Replenishment (PAR) levels for ordering BFlex in accounts to help representatives and hospital staff establish an effective ordering schedule.
• Stay informed about market trends: Keep up to date with current market dynamics, competitive product offerings, and alternative clinical methods, and educate team members accordingly.
• Attend trade shows, workshops, and cadaver labs as required.
• Achieve and Surpass Region Revenue Targets: Collaborate with field sales in your assigned region to drive a significant volume of sales activity through in-person prospecting, product evaluations, proposal creation, and customer presentations.
• Bachelor’s degree or a comparable combination of education, training, and experience.
• Minimum of 2 years of relevant clinical experience.
• Related clinical experience in a hospital environment as a certified or registered respiratory therapist, or 2+ years of experience in industry clinical sales support is required.
• Clinical experience and technical knowledge of airway management and bronchoscopy devices are necessary, either as an industry clinical representative or hospital staff member.
• Must reside within the greater Charlotte, NC area.
• Must be insurable and hold a valid driver's license.
• Capable of meeting vendor credentialing requirements for all healthcare systems (including COVID-19 vaccination).
• Ability to lift up to 100 pounds.
• Up to 80% overnight travel is required within the designated geographical multi-state region, averaging about 12 nights a month, depending on regional needs, primarily covering NC, SC, western VA, TN, and northern MS.
• Daily travel to accounts is also necessary as needed.
• Required to attend annual sales meetings, regional meetings, and in-person training sessions as necessary.
• Base Salary.
• Bonus: $10k (This is contingent on achieving 100% regional quota. Actual bonus may vary based on quota attainment. For new hires starting post-January 1st, the bonus will be prorated based on the start date and quota.)
