Clinical Specialist – Mid-Atlantic Region

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in North Carolina.

📋 Description

• Collaborate with Field Sales to deliver technical and clinical assistance during customer meetings, product demonstrations, and evaluations.

• Sustain customer relationships by offering continuous support across various hospitals and their departments.

• Participate in patient cases and procedures, providing guidance to physicians and clinical teams on the workflow of our airway and respiratory product line.

• Respond to inquiries related to clinical airway and respiratory applications and disease processes.

• Offer subject matter expertise in both product knowledge and clinical, technical skills.

• Comprehend Periodic Automatic Replenishment (PAR) levels for ordering BFlex in client accounts.

• Remain informed about market trends, competitive product offerings, and educate team members accordingly.

• Collaborate with field sales in your region to drive a significant volume of sales activity.

⛳️ Requirements

• A bachelor's degree or an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.

• At least 2 years of relevant clinical experience.

• Relevant clinical experience in a hospital environment as a certified or registered respiratory therapist, or 2+ years of industry clinical sales support is required.

• Clinical experience and technical expertise in airway management and bronchoscopy devices are mandatory.

• Must reside in the greater Charlotte, NC area.

• Must be insurable and possess a valid driver's license.

• Capable of meeting vendor credentialing requirements for all healthcare systems.

• Ability to lift up to 100 pounds.

• Up to 80% overnight travel is necessary within the designated geographical multi-state region.
