This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Washington.
• Establish and nurture relationships with physicians and staff at designated clinical sites.
• Offer continuous education and clinical expertise regarding company products.
• Share in-depth clinical knowledge related to product applications, usage instructions, and procedural techniques.
• Deliver technical and educational training to physicians and staff.
• Provide case support, which includes assistance in the operating room and during procedures.
• Relay product, clinical, and market information to sales, marketing, and R&D teams.
• Assist in product enhancements.
• Offer clinical support, including troubleshooting, programming, and patient follow-up.
• Conduct patient follow-ups to ensure customer and patient satisfaction with implanted products.
• Build and sustain business relationships with hospital personnel.
• Visit customers and patients in hospitals, operating rooms, clinics, and surgical centers.
• Develop territory strategies and collaborate with clinical education and field engineering colleagues.
• Aid sales representatives in identifying new sales opportunities and accounts.
• Bachelor's degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Over 3 years of experience in a clinical or hospital setting.
• More than 3 years of experience with implantable medical devices.
• Experience in operating room environments.
• Strong clinical knowledge of medical device products, clinical applications, usage instructions, and procedural techniques.
• Proficiency in delivering technical and educational training to physicians and staff.
• Capability to provide support in operating rooms and during procedures.
• Skills in troubleshooting and programming.
• Experience in patient follow-up.
• Willingness to visit hospitals, operating rooms, clinics, and surgical centers.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and responsibilities accurately and efficiently.
