This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in South Carolina.
• The Clinical Specialist is a role focused on clinical outside sales, tasked with promoting product usage, adoption, and fostering long-term program development within designated accounts.
• This position primarily involves leading in-person case coverage as a key commercial function.
• Utilize independent judgment and advanced product expertise to assist healthcare professionals (HCPs) in the optimal use of devices during procedures.
• Establish trust and confidence among physicians to encourage recurring usage and enhance program expansion.
• Recognize opportunities to boost procedural frequency, onboard new users, and promote departmental acceptance.
• Convert clinical interactions into actionable commercial insights for the territory team.
• Promote best practices that enhance procedural efficiency and reinforce long-term account loyalty.
• Ensure the collection of key performance indicators (KPIs) and maintain accurate clinical documentation to support performance tracking.
• Collaborate closely with Sales and Marketing to drive account strategies and initiatives for territory growth.
• Assist in product evaluations, trials, and follow-up engagement to transform interest into ongoing usage.
• Participate in field training and onboarding initiatives to accelerate adoption.
• Cultivate relationships with clinical and operational stakeholders within accounts.
• Generate new capital leads within the assigned territory.
• 1–2 years of experience in a clinical, healthcare, procedural, or medically related environment.
• A Bachelor’s Degree is required; an advanced degree is preferred.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to establish credibility with healthcare professionals.
• Strong attention to detail and capability to work independently in live procedural settings.
• A commercial mindset and eagerness to enhance sales skills.
• A passion for facilitating exceptional patient care while driving program success.
