Clinical Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in North Carolina, +1 more state.

📋 Description

• Deliver clinical case coverage as assigned.

• Educate the surgical team to enhance patient outcomes.

• Stay updated on current practices in perioperative surgical technology.

• Cultivate technical expertise to act as an educational resource.

• Prepare and maintain equipment and surgical kits.

• Offer intra-operative clinical product support.

• Ensure adherence to all company policies.

⛳️ Requirements

• Clinical experience in roles such as Scrub Tech, X-Ray Tech, RN, or BSN, Laser Tech.

• Industry experience ranging from 1-3 years for Clinical Specialist II and over 3 years for Sr. Clinical Specialist.

• Capability to offer intraoperative procedural guidance.

• Openness to travel beyond the designated territory.

• Background in surgical techniques and sterile procedures within the operating room.

• Experience with fluoroscopy is advantageous.

• Strong customer relationship and procedural skill development are highly valued.

• Candidates with a degree or certification in a medical-related field (e.g., LPN, RN, Surg Tech, Rad Tech) are highly preferred.
