Clinical Specialist – Advanced Wound Care

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Illinois.

📋 Description

• Create and implement training programs focused on skin health and advanced wound care for both internal sales teams and external clients.

• Conduct clinical education sessions remotely and/or in-person as required.

• Act as a resource for customer-facing clinical questions, assisting sales representatives in both pre-sale and post-sale efforts.

• Collaborate with the sales team to ensure an exceptional customer experience and facilitate product adoption.

• Engage in customer meetings and product demonstrations.

• Aid in product evaluations and trials by offering clinical insights and feedback to the product management team.

• Gather and analyze clinical feedback from customers to guide product improvements and positioning.

• Assist in organizing and supporting customer-initiated product studies or evaluations as necessary.

⛳️ Requirements

• Must hold a valid RN license; a BSN is preferred.

• Certification in wound, ostomy, and continence nursing (CWOCN) is highly desirable.

• Minimum of 5 years of clinical nursing experience with an emphasis on wound care, ostomy, continence, or skin health.

• Background in clinical education or training (whether internal or customer-facing).

• Knowledge of product evaluations, feedback mechanisms, and experience supporting clinical trials or studies is advantageous.

• Proven experience in presenting to and communicating with cross-functional teams.
