Clinical Solutions Delivery Consultant

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Mississippi.

📋 Description

• Overseeing the implementation of Image Guided Therapy (IGT) clinical education for Philips clients.

• Providing engaging on-site clinical services, solutions, education, and training.

• Assisting customers with testing workarounds, clinical integration, and the new functionalities of solutions.

• Ensuring site readiness by collaborating with local sales, service, and customer project management teams.

• Taking charge of the learning experience through consultations with customers and teamwork with internal stakeholders.

• Delivering an exceptional customer experience during on-site training and communications.

• Maintaining continuous and effective updates on project status, including issues and delays, to internal teams.

• Fostering communication and collaboration within the learning audience.

• Acquiring comprehensive knowledge of relevant solutions for each modality and achieving advanced proficiency in specialized areas.

• Tackling and resolving a variety of issues while demonstrating sound judgment in identifying methods and techniques for solutions.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 5 years of experience as a cardiovascular or interventional radiology Registered Radiologic Technologist in a clinical setting.

• Previous experience as a clinical preceptor, in clinical training, and/or delivering adult education is strongly preferred.

• Current and active certification verification through the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT).

• Advanced certification in at least one of the following is required (or must be obtained within 12 months of employment): Cardiovascular Interventional Radiology (CV), Cardiac Interventional Radiology (CI), Vascular Interventional Radiology (VI), Registered Cardiovascular Invasive Specialist (RCIS).

• A certificate or associate degree is required; a Bachelor’s degree is preferred.

• Certification as a Certified Technical Trainer Plus (CTT+) is preferred.

• Strong verbal and written communication and presentation skills are essential.
