This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Manage deadlines, team efficiency, and case completion while providing necessary follow-up.
• Mentor team members regarding missed deadlines.
• Generate case assignments.
• Track partner case workloads and hours to ensure teams are adequately staffed.
• Analyze key operating metrics to deliver data-driven recommendations.
• Act as the primary contact for our partners within Client Services.
• Ensure high levels of partner satisfaction through consistent communication.
• Oversee overall deliverables to partners.
• Advocate for the use of QC technology to enhance internal workflows.
• Identify potential risks to partner satisfaction proactively.
• Serve as the main owner within Client Services for new implementations.
• Engage in process improvement initiatives.
• Knowledgeable about hospital Core Measures and/or the Get With the Guidelines Stroke registry.
• Intermediate skills in MS Office (Microsoft Excel).
• Experience with various patient medical record systems (EMRs) and clinical databases.
• More than 1 year of experience in coaching and guiding teams (preferred).
• Background in assessing operating financial metrics (preferred).
• Credentials such as RN, LPN, RT, RVT, or RCIS (preferred).
• Excellent analytical and critical thinking abilities.
• Upholds high standards for accuracy and attention to detail.
• Shows technical proficiency and the ability to learn new systems and technologies.
• Enjoys working independently and taking ownership of projects.
• Demonstrates strong self-organization and time management skills.
• Maintains a high level of responsibility in safeguarding PHI security and confidentiality.
