This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Connecticut.

📋 Description

• Deliver scientific and clinical presentations regarding the genomics product portfolio at clinical settings, customer events, and scientific conferences.

• Establish and nurture relationships with key opinion leaders and decision-makers.

• Collaborate with medical associations, influential organizations, and advocacy groups.

• Create and review educational resources for healthcare providers and patients.

• Develop and engage in virtual educational initiatives.

• Offer clinical assistance to healthcare professionals, aiding them in incorporating genetic testing into their practices.

• Support and inform internal teams (sales, marketing, clinical, and laboratory operations) concerning the relevant expertise.

• Gather and report on emerging developments, literature, and competitive landscape information.

• Participate in trade shows and medical conferences.

• Oversee and coordinate the submission of abstracts for medical conferences.

• Willingness to travel more than 60% of the time while managing a demanding schedule.


⛳️ Requirements

• Advanced degree in genetics; credentials as a genetic counselor are preferred.

• Experience in the field of reproductive genetics is desirable.

• Background in clinical research.

• Capability to critically assess medical literature.

• Strong analytical and presentation capabilities.

• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, along with strong interpersonal abilities.

• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.

• Proficient in technology: Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint), Google Apps (Docs, Sheets, Slides), and CRM tools.

• Successful completion of a background check, which may include verification of previous employment, criminal history, educational background, and driving records.

• More than 3 years of experience in the genomics sector.

• An advanced degree in genetics; credentials as a genetic counselor are required.
