Clinical Sales Specialist, Structural Heart

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Tennessee.

📋 Description

• At Abbott, you will offer clinical and sales assistance by educating both current and prospective customers, as well as ensuring procedure coverage within a specified region.

• Provide training to interventional cardiologists, catheter lab teams, and ancillary staff on the utilization of Structural Heart products, while also delivering technical support to physicians during procedures.

• Convey product, clinical, and market information to relevant personnel, supporting the company's initiatives in developing and executing product marketing strategies.

• Work in partnership with Territory Managers to ensure excellent case coverage and positive clinical outcomes for patients.

• Act as the main resource for clinical support in surgical coverage, troubleshooting, and in-service education regarding company products.

• Keep customers informed about the latest advancements in products, therapies, and technologies within the industry.

• Engage with existing and prospective clients (healthcare providers) to assess their clinical needs, objectives, and limitations related to patient care, offering innovative and viable solutions.

⛳️ Requirements

• A BS/BA degree or equivalent experience is required.

• A minimum of 6 years of relevant experience in cardiovascular work is essential.

• Confirmation that you will meet all vendor credentialing requirements, which may include COVID-19 vaccination.

• A strong clinical background, with experience in products used in interventional cardiology and cardiac surgery, as well as familiarity with echocardiography and other indirect imaging methods.

• Candidates with experience in Electrophysiology (EP) and Structural Heart (SH) sales will be given strong preference.
