This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New York.
• Prioritize surgical coverage for all types of breast procedures and optimize case volume for each surgeon.
• Promote daily usage of all Perimeter equipment within the existing installed base.
• Increase procedural volume to enhance recurring revenue from consumables.
• Assist in onboarding new surgeons in already contracted accounts and transition to the Clinical Application Specialist (CAS) for ongoing clinical support, education, and training.
• Establish strong relationships with hospital staff at existing accounts and identify regional leads for territory expansion.
• Facilitate discussions on capital upgrades within the installed base, collaborating with the Market Development Manager (MDM) to push opportunities through the sales cycle.
• Create and implement account-level business plans to achieve and surpass procedural revenue targets.
• Lead the launch of new products within designated accounts, coordinating with internal teams to ensure successful adoption and ramp-up.
• Engage with hospital administration and procurement stakeholders to assist with contract negotiations, pricing discussions, and account-level agreements that safeguard and enhance procedural revenue.
• Conduct quarterly business reviews with key stakeholders in accounts to evaluate performance, address any gaps, and align on growth strategies.
• Champion clinical differentiation in the operating room by positioning Perimeter OCT as the standard of care through direct case support and outcome-focused discussions.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent along with 2+ years of experience in the sales industry; OR an allied health professional degree (e.g., RN, MRT, RRT, PA).
• Proven history of sales success and account management in a clinical or medical device setting.
• Demonstrated ability to cultivate and expand key account relationships.
• Willingness and ability to travel extensively (85%, approximately 4 days per week, including overnight stays, some weekends, and holidays).
• Comfortable providing hands-on support in dynamic, live surgical environments.
• Strong aptitude for learning and communicating technical and clinical concepts.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace, DICOM viewers, and other related digital tools.
• Excellent critical thinking and analytical skills, with strong commercial instincts.
• High-level presentation and communication skills, capable of influencing both clinical and administrative stakeholders.
• Exceptional accountability, integrity, and commitment to follow-through.
• Must meet medical credentialing requirements, which include proof of immunizations, a background check, and drug screening.
