This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Conduct all activities related to site monitoring visits, covering all types of study visits (PSV, SIV, IMV, and COV).
• Engage in the site selection process under the guidance of the Clinical Team Lead.
• Offer feedback to aid sites in resolving identified deficiencies and necessary corrective actions, ensuring follow-up until issues are addressed.
• Assist in the formulation and review of protocols, study tools, materials, and documentation for clinical trials.
• Mentor, train, and co-monitor junior members of the clinical team.
• Establish and maintain productive working relationships with clinical sites and within Rho, while effectively communicating project goals and essential requirements.
• Attend and present at various meetings and conferences, including Investigator Meetings.
• Participate in the RFP process, which includes business development discussions.
• Contribute to the Clinical Operations community at Rho by participating in internal initiatives and standard operating procedures for the management and monitoring of clinical trials.
• Execute both onsite and remote monitoring and study closure tasks across diverse protocols.
• BA/BS degree, ideally in a life science, nursing, pharmacy, or related field, with approximately 2 years of on-site monitoring experience for CRA II or 4-5+ years for Senior CRA within the CRO, pharmaceutical, or biotechnology sectors, demonstrating a solid grasp of medical/therapeutic areas and medical terminology essential for understanding and executing clinical protocols.
• Proficient in computer skills, including MS Office and EDC systems.
• Strong communicator: Exhibit excellent written, verbal, and presentation abilities to effectively showcase your achievements and those of Rho.
