This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Evaluate over 70 protocols monthly to assess compliance with regulatory guidelines.
• Partner with the Esoteric Business Units contracting team to develop necessary legal agreements.
• Lead discussions and interactions with clients; organize and conduct Webex/Video calls to present our services and enhance partnerships.
• Respond to all client-facing emails daily in alignment with departmental objectives and standards.
• Follow up on leads to identify business requirements and guide clients on the next steps towards service implementation.
• Work with legal personnel to create Confidential Disclosure Agreements (CDA) and Master Service Agreements (MSA) for new clients.
• Demonstrate experience in client interactions, email etiquette, and provide exceptional client service.
• Possess knowledge of clinical testing and a scientific background to address client inquiries when clarification is necessary.
• Spearhead process improvement initiatives to resolve significant process discrepancies across business segments.
• Collaborate with clients regarding any escalations or quality issues.
• Liaise closely with the NOQ for any regulatory guidance.
• Work alongside the client and NOQ for any client audits.
• Assist Operational Project Managers with escalation support related to client interactions.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
• Bachelor's degree in clinical research, Biology, or Chemistry, or two or more years of professional experience in clinical research.
• A minimum of five years of experience in a health science or clinical research field.
• Outstanding written and verbal communication abilities.
• Strong organizational skills and a detail-oriented mindset.
• Proficient in database software, information systems, and MS Office applications.
