This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Collaborate with hiring stakeholders to define clinical requirements, licensure necessities, priorities, and timelines.
• Identify candidates through job boards, social media, professional networks, referrals, and healthcare associations.
• Execute targeted searches utilizing ATS platforms, LinkedIn, and recruitment databases.
• Develop and sustain talent pools to address current and future clinical staffing requirements.
• Evaluate candidates for clinical qualifications, licensure, credentials, and suitability for the role.
• Provide market insights regarding the availability of clinical talent, compensation trends, and licensing considerations.
• A minimum of 5 years of full-cycle recruiting experience in clinical/healthcare, particularly with Nurse Practitioners and/or Physicians.
• At least 2 years of recruiting experience in a fast-paced startup environment, ideally in digital health or telemedicine.
• In-depth understanding of clinical credentialing, multi-state licensure, and compliance requirements.
• Demonstrated ability to source for specialized licensed healthcare positions.
• Familiarity with incorporating AI in the recruiting process.
• Capability to independently manage multiple concurrent recruitment searches.
• Strong skills in sourcing and screening, including outreach to passive candidates.
• Experience with Lever or a similar ATS.
