Clinical Quality Assurance Agent

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in South Africa.

📋 Description

• Perform comprehensive quality assurance audits focused on clinical and operational processes.

• Examine documentation, reports, and case materials to verify accuracy, compliance, and adherence to healthcare standards.

• Leverage QA audit tools and platforms (such as CentralReach and Rethink) to assess performance and pinpoint gaps.

• Analyze and implement healthcare regulations and standards across various scenarios and cases.

• Offer clear, constructive feedback along with actionable recommendations for enhancement.

• Utilize Excel and other analytical tools to track data trends, identify risks, and facilitate decision-making.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to uphold and enhance quality standards.

• Develop and improve QA processes, frameworks, and relevant documentation.

• Convert complex findings into straightforward, concise, and actionable insights for stakeholders.

• Oversee multiple audits and projects concurrently using project management tools.

⛳️ Requirements

• Demonstrated experience in a QA, compliance, or audit-centric role (preferably within healthcare or ABA environments).

• Skilled in CentralReach, Rethink, Microsoft Office, and Excel.

• Familiarity with QA audit tools and project management platforms.

• Strong comprehension of healthcare standards with the ability to independently research and apply them.

• Exceptional attention to detail, capable of recognizing nuanced issues during audits and reviews.

• Strong critical thinking abilities, with proficiency in interpreting complex information across diverse scenarios.

• Excellent written communication skills, capable of clearly and effectively simplifying complex concepts.

• Strong problem-solving skills complemented by a proactive, solutions-oriented approach.

• Ability to take initiative and work autonomously as well as collaboratively within a team.

• Strong organizational and time management capabilities.
