Clinical Psychologist, Licensed in Ohio

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ohio.

📋 Description

• Deliver outstanding evidence-based psychotherapy to senior adults through telehealth (15 hours or more weekly)

• Perform clinical assessments and intake evaluations utilizing geriatric assessment tools

• Create and execute individualized treatment plans, consistently tracking client advancement and adjusting strategies as necessary

• Keep comprehensive and timely documentation in accordance with company policies (supported by our AI-enhanced scribe)

• Assist clients during life transitions (retirement, loss, isolation) with a compassionate and age-sensitive approach

• Engage in regular team meetings to promote best practices

• Aid clients through therapeutic life transitions, such as retirement, loss of independence, or bereavement, using a compassionate and age-sensitive approach.

⛳️ Requirements

• Capacity to support the Sailor Health team on a contract, part-time, or full-time basis (minimum of 15 hours per week)

• Degree in Clinical Psychology: either Doctor of Psychology (Psy.D.) in Clinical Psychology or Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) in Clinical Psychology

• Strong preference for experience working with older adults

• Proficient in using electronic health records (EHR) and providing therapy via telehealth
