This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in North Dakota.
• Deliver outstanding evidence-based psychotherapy to seniors through telehealth (15 hours or more weekly)
• Perform clinical assessments and intake evaluations utilizing geriatric evaluation tools
• Create and execute tailored treatment plans, consistently monitoring client progress and modifying strategies as necessary
• Keep comprehensive and timely documentation in accordance with company policies (supported by our AI-assisted scribe)
• Assist clients during life changes (such as retirement, grief, and social isolation) with a compassionate and age-sensitive approach
• Attend regular team meetings to ensure adherence to best practices
• Aid clients in navigating therapy-related life transitions, including retirement, loss of independence, or bereavement, using a compassionate and age-sensitive approach.
• Capability to support the Sailor Health team on a contract, part-time, or full-time basis (minimum of 15 hours weekly)
• Academic qualifications in Clinical Psychology: either a Doctor of Psychology (Psy.D.) or a Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) in Clinical Psychology
• Significant experience working with older adults is highly preferred
• Proficient in the use of electronic health records (EHR) and delivering therapy via telehealth
