Clinical Psychologist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Tunisia.

📋 Description

• Deliver individualized telehealth professional or mental health coaching for clients of Intellect.

• Concentrate on sub-clinical matters, including work-related stress, procrastination, and achieving work-life balance.

• Assist clients in establishing personal or career objectives, as well as improving their relationships.

• Collaborate with the internal clinical team by proposing enhancements to the program and the platform.

⛳️ Requirements

• Holds an active International Coaching Federation Certification or a Master’s/Postgraduate Diploma in Counselling.

• Proficient in coaching methodologies and/or evidence-based practices (such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, DBT, SFBT, etc.).

• ICF Coaches should possess a minimum of 200 coaching hours.

• Counsellors must have at least 300 clinical hours post-graduation.

• The candidate must be fluent in English and the local language.

• Preference will be given to candidates with previous experience in Employee Assistance Programs (EAP), counselling for working adults, or coaching in managerial positions.
