Clinical Project Manager – Renal

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Belgium.

📋 Description

• Deliver robust, autonomous leadership for designated clinical projects, ensuring effective execution.

• Act as the primary liaison for clients, vendors, and internal stakeholders.

• Supervise study management functions, which encompass site selection, initiation, monitoring, and closeout.

• Create and uphold study timelines, budgets, and project plans, ensuring compliance with scope.

• Identify risks and proactively tackle challenges to maintain project timelines.

• Ensure adherence to ICH-GCP, regulatory requirements, and company SOPs.

• Manage vendor partnerships and study-specific agreements.

• Mentor and provide guidance to junior members of the project team.

• Assist in proposal development, bid defense sessions, and initiatives for business growth.

• Engage in both internal and external project team meetings to guarantee alignment and success.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a scientific or related discipline.

• Prior experience in clinical projects within an academic, CRO, or pharmaceutical company setting.

• Experience in the Renal field is essential.

• Approximately seven (7) years of relevant industry experience is recommended for this role, with a minimum of two (2) years in Project Management within the CRO sector being mandatory.

• Previous roles as a CRA, in site management, trial coordination, or other pertinent industry experience are preferred.

• Experience managing single or multiple regions, working across various therapeutic areas, overseeing full-service studies, and involvement in both early and late-phase clinical trials is preferred.

• Strong understanding of ICH/GCP guidelines and the capability to execute project activities in line with relevant regulations in applicable regions.

• Prior experience with client-facing interactions and/or client management.

• Experience in project finance management, preferably within a CRO context.
