Clinical Project Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Slovakia.

📋 Description

• In this essential position, you will oversee clinical projects across global/regional (ph I-IV) trials in the field of Oncology.

• You will be responsible for the delivery of clinical projects, supervising all functional departments, and ensuring adherence to agreed timelines, scope, cost, and quality.

• Your involvement will span all phases of the study, including proposal strategy, development, costing, and bid defense, overseeing studies from inception to completion while managing client relationships, project teams, budgets, and timelines.

• You will collaborate with both internal and external stakeholders in a cross-functional team, focusing on quality and coordinating the study team.

⛳️ Requirements

• A degree or a comparable qualification in life sciences, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

• Prior experience in a full-service/global Project Management position within the CRO industry is required.

• A minimum of 5 to 7 years of industry experience, with at least 4 years of full-service Project Management experience in a clinical trial environment at a Clinical Research Organisation.

• Experience in managing studies specifically within Oncology.

• A solid understanding of GCP/ICH guidelines and the clinical development process.

• Willingness to travel domestically and internationally, including overnight stays.

• Proficient communication skills in English, both written and verbal.

• Strong presentation skills.

• Demonstrated computer proficiency (MS Office, MS Project, PowerPoint) and experience with software tools (CTMS, eTMF, EDC, IXRS).

• Proven capability to foster positive working relationships with individuals and teams both internally and externally.

• A core understanding of medical terminology and clinical trial activities as they pertain to the execution of a clinical development plan.
