Clinical Project Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Oversee designated projects from start to finish, ensuring timely and budget-conscious delivery.

• Serve as the primary liaison, coordinating all relevant departments involved in the projects.

• Collaborate with peers and functional managers to manage resources effectively.

• Identify and address project risks and challenges.

• Provide updates on project financials.

• Regularly communicate project status to management and project teams.

• Develop both long-term and short-term plans, establishing targets for milestones and adhering to deadlines.

• Create and oversee Activation and Operations Readiness plans for new hospital openings.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 4 years of experience required, with 6+ years preferred as a project manager in the healthcare sector.

• A Bachelor’s Degree or higher is required.

• PMP certification is mandatory.

• Clinical licensure or an equivalent clinical credential is essential (e.g., RN, LVN, ARRT, RRT/CRT, CPhT, etc.).

• Proven track record of successfully leading teams to complete complex projects.

• Strong organizational skills with the capability to prioritize effectively.

• Excellent critical thinking, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.

• Self-motivated, able to make informed decisions with minimal supervision.

• Proficient communication skills, both verbal and written.

• Competent in MS Office, including MS Project.

• Familiarity with Smartsheet is an advantage.
