• Establish and nurture trust as a dependable resource for behavioral health care within your community.

• Work collaboratively with treatment teams to ensure comprehensive care coordination.

• Identify market strategies and strengthen professional relationships to enhance Newport Healthcare's presence.

• Conduct in-person meetings with key decision-makers to identify needs and foster meaningful partnerships.

• Design and deliver engaging presentations tailored to your specific audience.

• Provide timely responses to service inquiries, ensuring smooth communication and support for families.

• Engage in team calls and field visits, sharing valuable insights and strategies for success.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology, Marketing, Business, Healthcare, or a closely related field, OR a minimum of two (2) years of direct experience in a behavioral health setting or pharmaceutical sales.

• Familiarity with communication principles, practices, and techniques relevant to a healthcare environment.

• Significant experience in developing, maintaining, and executing marketing strategies to achieve objectives.

• Outstanding communication skills with an emphasis on enhancing customer experience.
