This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.
• Develop strategies to enhance brand visibility and provider relationships within a designated territory.
• Establish new connections while maintaining existing ones through video conferences, face-to-face meetings, events, and educational presentations—often working closely with Equip’s clinical leaders to ensure meaningful engagement.
• Achieve patient acquisition and admission targets in partnership with various departments.
• Oversee data management, outreach initiatives, and reporting within a Customer Relationship Management system to illustrate territory performance, pinpoint key improvement areas, and guide future strategies.
• Strategically plan and execute regional events that foster engagement with the targeted professional audience.
• Gain a thorough understanding of the specific needs of the territory and position Equip as a viable solution for providers.
• Recognize inactive providers and formulate actionable plans and timelines to re-establish engagement.
• Collaborate with the Referral Coordinators and Admissions team to create an exceptional referral process for provider partners.
• Work in partnership with marketing, clinical operations, and payor partnership teams to effectively enter new markets.
• Identify local sponsorship opportunities and represent Equip at various conferences.
• Carry out additional duties as assigned.
• Bachelor’s degree or higher.
• A minimum of 2 years of experience in a sales or business development role, preferably within the healthcare sector.
• Excellent interpersonal skills, adept at relationship-building, and maintaining a professional demeanor.
• Must be based in California, with a strong preference for candidates located in Southern California.
• Proficient in effective communication, rapport-building, and influence across all levels of an organization.
• Strong organizational capabilities and attention to detail in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
• Demonstrated success in achieving goals.
• Comfortable working remotely, with high levels of autonomy and self-motivation.
• Capable of critical thinking to navigate challenges and adapt to rapid changes.
