Clinical Ops Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Bulgaria.

📋 Description

• Demonstrates expertise in designated solutions, comprehending the functionalities of the system(s) or dashboard, associated data, and reporting capabilities.

• Addresses customer support inquiries promptly.

• Acquires knowledge from past inquiries and insights provided by business or system experts.

• Participates in and/or assists with new projects as necessary for clinical systems or clinical reporting.

• Aids in the analysis of findings and conducts retesting once issues are resolved.

• Generates and distributes regular reports.

• Reviews changes and updates data as needed.

• May create dashboards or tailored queries to support specific reporting requests.

• Provides swift and efficient user assistance.

• Actively engages in training initiatives for both internal and external clients.

• Develops and maintains training documentation.

• Manages Service Desk tickets assigned to the department's system queues.

• Attends required meetings, prepares necessary updates, and fulfills all assigned action items.

• Utilizes effective, customer-focused communication skills.

• Recognizes issues for escalation and directs them appropriately.

• Applies critical thinking and problem-solving skills to identify and understand challenges.

• Performs additional work-related tasks as assigned.

• Occasional, non-routine travel may be necessary (up to 10%).


⛳️ Requirements

• BA/BS degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

• Proficient in Microsoft Suite, with a strong emphasis on Excel skills.

• Preferred proficiency in Oracle E-Business Suite.

• Experience with applications that involve database interoperability (SQL Server and/or Oracle) is preferred.

• Prior experience in a CRO or Pharmaceutical setting is preferred.

• Moderate experience in business analysis is preferred.
