This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
β’ Evaluate a live queue of prior authorization cases processed through the platform, ensuring that each decision aligns with clinical and operational standards.
β’ Review AI-generated outputs, third-party evaluations, and internal team decisions for precision, consistency, and regulatory compliance.
β’ Identify errors and edge cases, meticulously documenting findings for the clinical intelligence team.
β’ Work collaboratively across departments to identify patterns and assist in enhancing the workflows and logic that drive our platform.
β’ Broaden your expertise across various medical specialties while engaging with a wide array of cases.
β’ Play a role in enhancing the tools, standards, and processes that facilitate patient access to treatment.
β’ A minimum of 2 years of practical experience in prior authorization, utilization management, clinical care coordination, scribing, or similar roles requiring in-depth interaction with clinical documentation.
β’ Strong understanding of medical records and clinical notes, with the ability to interpret them accurately.
β’ Excellent written communication skills, capable of translating clinical complexities into clear, actionable insights for non-clinical teams.
β’ Outstanding attention to detail and precision.
β’ Willingness and/or strong interest in collaborating with product, engineering, and data science colleagues to develop new technologies.
