Clinical Operations Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Evaluate a live queue of prior authorization cases processed through the platform, ensuring that each decision aligns with clinical and operational standards.

• Review AI-generated outputs, third-party evaluations, and internal team decisions for precision, consistency, and regulatory compliance.

• Identify errors and edge cases, meticulously documenting findings for the clinical intelligence team.

• Work collaboratively across departments to identify patterns and assist in enhancing the workflows and logic that drive our platform.

• Broaden your expertise across various medical specialties while engaging with a wide array of cases.

• Play a role in enhancing the tools, standards, and processes that facilitate patient access to treatment.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 2 years of practical experience in prior authorization, utilization management, clinical care coordination, scribing, or similar roles requiring in-depth interaction with clinical documentation.

• Strong understanding of medical records and clinical notes, with the ability to interpret them accurately.

• Excellent written communication skills, capable of translating clinical complexities into clear, actionable insights for non-clinical teams.

• Outstanding attention to detail and precision.

• Willingness and/or strong interest in collaborating with product, engineering, and data science colleagues to develop new technologies.
