📋 Description

• Manage the execution of clinical trials, ensuring they are carried out efficiently, on schedule, and in accordance with regulatory standards.

• Coordinate the delivery of clinical operations, addressing challenges and enhancing team capabilities.

• Direct the operational planning and implementation of clinical trials, ensuring compliance with protocols and timelines.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve trial design and boost operational efficiency throughout the clinical development process.

• Track trial progress and performance indicators, offering insights to guide decision-making and promote continuous enhancement.

• Mentor and develop junior team members, cultivating a culture of collaboration and excellence within the group.

• Establish strong relationships with both internal and external stakeholders to ensure effective communication across clinical operations.
