Clinical Manager – Part-Time

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Serve as a clinical resource for staff, clients, and internal stakeholders.

• Create thorough clinical resources and educational materials for both internal personnel and external clients.

• Spearhead the development and updating of policies, along with educational initiatives to promote best practices.

• Support regulatory and compliance activities, including readiness for Joint Commission evaluations.

• Offer direct assistance to travelers concerning clinical performance issues, incident follow-ups, and contract-related inquiries.

• Work collaboratively with internal teams and external partners to enhance clinical operations.

⛳️ Requirements

• A degree from an accredited nursing program or an allied health field; a bachelor’s degree is highly preferred.

• A current, valid professional license or certification in the relevant field within the state of residence.

• At least 7 years of clinical experience in an acute care or related healthcare environment.

• More than 3 years of progressive leadership experience within healthcare settings.

• Familiarity with the healthcare travel industry and the candidate credentialing processes is preferred.

• Lean or Six Sigma training is an advantage.
