Clinical Manager – Electrophysiology

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Virginia.

📋 Description

• Directly oversee the initial development of new Clinical Account Specialist recruits.

• Offer guidance to ensure steady progress and operational readiness.

• Collaborate with the Regional Business Director on recruiting, onboarding, training, and performance management.

• Manage the effectiveness of regional training and optimize clinical coverage.

• Execute strategic hiring and development initiatives to enhance regional CAS performance and establish a talent pipeline.

• Work together with the Regional Technology Specialist and Territory Managers to align commercial and clinical goals.

• Team up with Commercial Education, the RTS, and the EP CAS Field Trainer to promote talent development and commercial execution.

• Provide strategic oversight and continuity in CAS development, linking training delivery with commercial integration.

• Support clinical education and execution in electrophysiology for cardiac arrhythmia treatment tools.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor’s degree is required (4-year degree).

• Demonstrated ability to manage and cultivate clinical talent within a high-performance team setting.

• Excellent organizational and communication skills.

• Capability to collaborate across functions and influence stakeholders.

• Over 5 years of experience in EP mapping procedures is required, along with clinical and commercial talent.

• At least 2 years of experience in clinical training or clinical education.

• Experience with CARTODAY scheduling and EP clinical training programs is highly preferred.

• Willingness to travel approximately 60% within the assigned region.

• Capability to work in hospitals/EP labs and professional office environments.

• Ability to sit for prolonged periods.

• Willingness to attend live patient cases and don protective gear, including lead aprons.

• Flexibility to work varying hours to accommodate patient needs.
