Clinical Lead – Clinical Trial Manager, Renal

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland.

📋 Description

• Supervise clinical trials, ensuring effective execution from initiation to completion.

• Direct site selection and feasibility evaluations, collaborating closely with CRAs and investigators.

• Oversee study timelines, budgets, and deliverables, ensuring compliance with project goals.

• Provide guidance on protocol management, site initiation, monitoring, and study advancement.

• Work collaboratively with internal and external partners, including sponsors, investigators, and project teams.

• Ensure adherence to GCP, FDA regulations, and company SOPs.

• Train and mentor CRAs and site personnel, ensuring compliance with protocols and data integrity.

⛳️ Requirements

• Renal experience is essential.

• Bachelor’s degree in a science-related discipline (RN preferred) with relevant industry experience, including 1-2 years as a Clinical Trial Manager/Clinical Lead.

• Strong expertise in monitoring and site management, ideally with experience in oncology or other complex indications.

• CCRA or CCRP certification is highly preferred.

• Comprehensive knowledge of GCP, FDA regulations, and best practices in clinical trials.

• Ability to efficiently manage multiple projects, timelines, and stakeholders.

• Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication abilities.

• Willingness to travel up to 20% as needed.
