This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

• Execute state-sanctioned SAC-IT and SAC curricula alongside Laitinen Academy’s internal counseling and healthcare elective programs.

• Facilitate classes, workshops, and training sessions employing a variety of teaching methods.

• Assess student performance while offering tailored feedback and support.

• Assist students with the state credentialing application procedure.

• Utilize educational technology and software to enhance curriculum delivery, student involvement, and administrative productivity.

• Remain updated on developments in substance abuse counseling and healthcare education.

• Participate in the ongoing enhancement of the Academy’s educational offerings.

• Improve internal curricula for counseling and healthcare elective courses.

• Create training programs and curricula for groups, individuals, and family-oriented sessions.

• Master’s degree in Psychology, Counseling, Social Work, or a related discipline.

• Valid SAC licensure or an equivalent qualification.

• Background in clinical practice, specifically in substance abuse counseling.

• Competence in managing state-approved and internal SAC-IT, SAC, and healthcare elective curricula.

• Proficient in using contemporary educational technology and software, including Microsoft and Google applications.

• Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
