This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Establish the standards of excellence for AI-augmented primary care, creating the clinical benchmarks and safety protocols that our models and products must adhere to.
• Engage in the development of AI applications for both providers and patients, including the creation of multi-agent systems designed to address clinical and subclinical challenges in both acute and chronic care management, while translating clinical best practices and guidelines into structured logic for grounding LLMs.
• Take the lead or co-author clinical research publications in prestigious journals.
• Collaborate effectively across AI, product, design, and operations teams, articulating complex clinical concepts in a manner that is easily understood by non-clinical audiences.
• Clinician with over 1 year of post-residency clinical practice.
• Proven experience in developing or assessing AI/ML solutions within a clinical or research environment.
• Practical experience with large language models.
• Outstanding communication skills — adept at conveying clinical intricacies to engineers and technical considerations to clinicians.
• Highly preferred:
• Experience in designing and conducting clinical or scientific research.
• Familiarity with IRB processes, state medical boards, or FDA regulatory frameworks.
• Background in software development or clinical informatics.
