Clinical Exercise Physiologist – RPM

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New York, +1 more state.

📋 Description

• Join our remote clinical team dedicated to monitoring patient vitals.

• Evaluate, review, and track daily vital signs (BP, HR, SpO2) and promptly respond to any abnormal readings with wellness check phone calls.

• Communicate any abnormal vital statistics to the patient’s care team via phone or fax.

• Encourage and support patient engagement and adherence in our vital monitoring programs.

• Complete all necessary clinical documentation and billing claims related to vital reports and patient interactions.

• Work collaboratively with other Clinical Exercise Physiologists (CEPs) across various clinical teams to ensure patient safety and deliver outstanding care.

• Collaborate directly with our founders to enhance and innovate our advanced digital care delivery model.

• Partner with our technology team to develop a seamless and supportive experience for both patients and clients.

• Demonstrate flexibility and a patient-first approach, doing what is necessary to ensure a rewarding and effective rehabilitation experience.

• Take pride in providing exceptional care to patients throughout their rehabilitation journey.

• Empower patients by offering guidance and support, motivating them to take control of their health and recovery.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Exercise Physiology or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).

• ACSM certification is preferred.

• At least 1+ years of relevant clinical experience and a proven track record as a Clinical Exercise Physiologist in an in-person Cardiopulmonary Rehab Facility.

• Strong knowledge of anatomy and physiology.

• Above-average proficiency with mobile technology, assisting patients with our digital health programs and troubleshooting technology issues related to wearables and tablets.

• Excellent interpersonal skills that promote a caring environment for patients.

• Exceptional diligence and organizational abilities, with a focus on creating and following repeatable processes.

• Capability to work independently in a high-growth, early-stage startup environment (self-driven).

• Detail-oriented.
