This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.

📋 Description

• Facilitate virtual clinical education calls focused on health topics within your expertise, such as fertility, hormonal health, pregnancy, menopause, family health, and men's health.

• Conduct group webinars and workshops in your specialized areas with assistance from Vira’s staff.

• Address general health inquiries through asynchronous messaging in a non-urgent context.

• Deliver evidence-based health information, lifestyle advice, and strategies for self-management.

• Collaborate with Vira Care Advocates (Navigators/Coaches) to assist members in accessing clinical care and making suitable referrals.

• Develop educational content for the Member Zone, including articles, care plans, videos, and materials for webinars.

• Review current content for clinical accuracy, relevant new evidence, and practice guidelines.

• Create educational resources that are culturally sensitive and suitable for diverse audiences from various backgrounds and locations.

• Work with Vira resources to ensure the accurate translation of complex medical information into user-friendly content for members.

• Guarantee that all educational materials adhere to regulatory standards across different markets.

• Engage in clinical quality improvement projects.

• Assist in the formulation of clinical pathways and protocols for member education.

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including other clinicians, product teams, and operations.


⛳️ Requirements

• Registered Nurse (RN), Registered/Certified Midwife (RM, CNM), Medical Doctor, Physician Assistant, or an equivalent licensed healthcare professional qualification.

• Current active license/registration in good standing within the country of practice.

• A minimum of 3 years of clinical experience in women’s health (OB/GYN, maternal health, reproductive health, menopause care, or a related specialty).

• Familiarity with virtual/telehealth platforms and remote patient engagement.

• Strong understanding of women's health throughout the lifespan (from fertility to menopause).

• Excellent communication skills with the ability to simplify complex medical concepts into accessible language.

• Cultural humility and a sincere commitment to promoting health equity.

• Ability to work independently in a remote setting.

• Proficient with digital health platforms and video conferencing tools.

• Strong organizational skills and effective time management abilities.
