This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.
• Conduct virtual clinical education-only calls with members on health topics within your areas of expertise, such as fertility, hormonal health, pregnancy, menopause, family health, and men's health. Since no provider-patient relationship is established, there are no licensing or accreditation restrictions or costs involved.
• Facilitate group webinars and workshops in your specialized areas with the assistance of Vira’s staff.
• Address general health inquiries through asynchronous messaging on a non-urgent basis.
• Offer evidence-based health information, lifestyle advice, and self-management techniques.
• Collaborate with Vira Care Advocates (Navigator/Coaches) to assist members in locating clinical care and facilitate suitable referrals.
• Generate educational content for the Member Zone, including articles, care plans, videos, and materials for webinars.
• Assess existing content for clinical accuracy, relevant new evidence, and practice guidelines.
• Create educational resources that are culturally sensitive and suitable for diverse audiences from various backgrounds and geographies.
• Work with Vira resources to ensure the translation of complex medical information into content that is accessible for members.
• Ensure that all educational materials meet regulatory standards across different markets.
• Engage in clinical quality improvement initiatives.
• Contribute to the development of clinical pathways and member education protocols.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including other clinicians, product developers, and operations personnel.
• Registered Nurse (RN), Registered/Certified Midwife (RM, CNM), Medical Doctor, Physician Assistant, Clinical Psychologist, or equivalent licensed healthcare professional qualification.
• Current active license/registration in good standing in the country of practice.
• A minimum of 3 years of clinical experience in women's health (OB/GYN, maternal health, reproductive health, menopause care, or related specialty).
• Familiarity with virtual/telehealth platforms and remote patient engagement.
• Strong understanding of women's health throughout the lifespan (from fertility to menopause).
• Cultural humility and a sincere commitment to health equity.
• Ability to work independently in a remote setting.
• Proficiency with digital health platforms and video conferencing tools.
• Excellent organizational skills and the capability to manage time effectively.
