Clinical Educator

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Tennessee.

📋 Description

• Deliver educational sessions across the entire patient monitoring range, customizing instruction to fit customer workflows, clinical settings, and learning requirements.

• Offer practical clinical application training throughout various hospital departments and care environments.

• Evaluate educational needs within nursing units and specialties, adapting training as necessary.

• Assist with system installations by identifying customer workflows and configuration requirements.

• Provide on-site clinical support during implementation events and final go-live phases.

• Collaborate with internal teams to facilitate seamless transitions from installation to active clinical application.

• Conduct follow-up visits and provide ongoing phone support to reinforce training and encourage sustained product usage.

• Maintain robust, trusted relationships with clinical personnel and leadership at customer locations.

• Act as a clinical liaison between customers and internal teams, including Technical Support, Service, and Systems Solutions.

• Offer on-call clinical support via the technical support line.

⛳️ Requirements

• Registered Nurse (RN) with a current license from an accredited institution.

• BSN preferred; an alternative nursing degree is acceptable with over 5 years of nursing experience.

• 2–3 years of continuous nursing experience utilizing cardiac monitoring in acute care contexts.

• Comprehensive understanding of advanced cardiac arrhythmias, hemodynamics, Swan-Ganz, and cardiac output monitoring.

• Experience in educating fellow nurses through staff development, preceptorship, or formal training programs is highly preferred.
