Clinical Educator

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Massachusetts.

📋 Description

• Conduct training sessions across the entire patient monitoring portfolio, customizing education to fit customer workflows, clinical environments, and specific learning requirements.

• Deliver practical clinical application training in various hospital departments and care settings.

• Evaluate educational needs within nursing units and specialties, adjusting instruction as necessary.

• Assist with system installations by recognizing customer workflows and configuration requirements.

• Provide on-site clinical assistance during go-live events and final implementations.

• Collaborate with internal teams to facilitate seamless transitions from installation to active clinical usage.

• Perform follow-up visits and offer ongoing phone support to reinforce education and encourage sustained product utilization.

• Build and maintain strong, trusted relationships with clinical staff and leadership at customer locations.

• Act as a clinical liaison between customers and internal teams, including Technical Support, Service, and Systems Solutions.

• Offer on-call clinical support through the technical support line, adhering to established escalation and documentation protocols.

⛳️ Requirements

• Must be a Registered Nurse (RN) with a valid license from an accredited institution.

• BSN is preferred; however, an alternative nursing degree is acceptable with 5+ years of nursing experience.

• A minimum of 2–3 years of active nursing experience in cardiac monitoring within acute care settings is required.

• Strong understanding of advanced cardiac arrhythmias, hemodynamics, Swan-Ganz, and cardiac output monitoring is essential.

• Experience in educating fellow nurses through staff development, preceptorship, or formal training programs is highly preferred.
