This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Provide hands-on clinical and procedural training to clinicians across both new and existing accounts.
• Facilitate evidence-based onboarding and adoption to ensure safe and confident product utilization.
• Tailor training methods to suit various clinical environments and experience levels.
• Act as an in-room clinical resource during GI procedures utilizing ColoWrap.
• Take responsibility for achieving outcome goals for current ColoWrap accounts.
• Deliver follow-up education and reinforce best practices.
• Identify patterns of adoption and resistance among users.
• Support clinical champions within accounts.
• Provide prompt field support during critical implementation phases.
• Collaborate with Sales to foster account growth while ensuring clinical integrity.
• Work alongside Product and Marketing teams on training content, messaging, and launch preparations.
• Convey clinical insights from the field to impact product and strategic decisions.
• Assume responsibility for clinical education needs with minimal supervision.
• Adapt to evolving priorities, products, and market conditions.
• Represent the company with professionalism and credibility in clinical environments.
• Create and enhance training materials and tools.
• Develop repeatable and scalable methods for clinical education.
• Enhance training efficiency and consistency.
• Deliver education in accordance with regulatory, quality, and compliance standards.
• Maintain necessary documentation.
• Uphold ethical standards while prioritizing patient safety.
• Bachelor’s degree in nursing (BSN) or an equivalent nursing qualification.
• Active RN license in good standing.
• Certified Gastroenterology Registered Nurse (CGRN) or a commitment to obtaining certification within a specified timeframe.
• Experience in GI-specific endoscopy or related settings.
• Willingness and capability to travel extensively (50–75% of the time).
• Previous experience in clinical education, precepting, training, or medical device support is advantageous.
