Clinical Educator Associate

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in South Africa.

📋 Description

• Contribute to the formulation of the country strategy for Continuing Education (CE) and Key Opinion Leaders (KOL)

• Execute the RCO strategy tactically and ensure the delivery of high-quality education programs

• Oversee the management, mobilization, and quality assessment of KOLs

• Provide support to regional marketing and sales teams

• Collaborate with the marketing team to update and develop training materials

• Deliver training programs for the sales team and dealers

• Monitor clinical publications and provide relevant updates

• Manage, monitor, and update the training budget

• Create and implement processes to evaluate end-user satisfaction

• Organize events and ensure effective event management

• Keep records of customers interested in CE courses

• Ensure compliance with corporate guidelines and initiatives

• Assist commercial and marketing leads in drafting strategic plans

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor's degree in a clinical field such as Dental or Medical is preferred

• A minimum of 3 years of relevant experience with a proven track record of success

• Demonstrated ability to coordinate and effectively plan continuing education events

• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office and Internet applications

• Established experience in developing Training and Education programs

• Proficiency in English; additional languages in South America are advantageous

• A background in Dentistry is beneficial
