This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Act as the main regional resource by delivering ongoing training and education on Fujifilm’s equipment and/or services for our clients.
• Serve as the primary contact for regional hands-on events and/or training sessions.
• Be the key resource for specific hands-on events and/or training, utilizing Fujifilm’s technologies.
• Enter necessary equipment into the internal database based on individual requests, communicate needs promptly, and collaborate with Operations to provide updates and ensure timely shipment of requested equipment.
• Collaborate with management to determine internal resource requirements based on the scale and duration of hands-on events and/or training.
• Set up and support the Fujifilm video tower/system.
• Inspect, troubleshoot, and maintain all Fujifilm equipment.
• Provide assistance regarding the functionality and operation of Fujifilm equipment during the designated regional hands-on events and/or training.
• Pack all Fujifilm equipment post-event and/or training.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and design workflows to enhance efficiency.
• Offer regional support to accounts concerning the proper handling, reprocessing, and overall functionality of Fujifilm equipment.
• Support the use of Fujifilm equipment in clinical research initiatives.
• Share important insights with regional clinical specialists to facilitate overall account management.
• Attend local, regional, and national trade shows as requested.
• A High School Diploma or equivalent is mandatory.
• A Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or related quantitative fields is preferred.
• At least 2 years of field sales or clinical experience is preferred.
• Experience in providing training on technical equipment is a plus.
• Knowledge and experience in GI/pulmonary flexible endoscopy is preferred.
• Proficient in operating a computer, including expertise in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint), MS Outlook, and other email applications.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills to convey technical information and to interact professionally with internal and external customers and team members at various levels.
• Excellent attention to detail.
• Strong time management capabilities.
• Ability to identify opportunities for workflow process improvements.
• Capability to troubleshoot all Fujifilm endo equipment and identify the root cause of issues.
• Ability to offer expert guidance, training, and support to ensure the optimal use of Fujifilm’s equipment.
• Decision-making skills to assess the use of Fujifilm equipment and the type of training necessary for customers to effectively utilize the technology.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and work on several projects simultaneously.
• Capability to prioritize customer needs.
• Ability to present information confidently to small groups.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant U.S. Food and Drug Administration (U.S. FDA) medical device regulatory requirements, applicable ISO 13485 standard requirements, and all other relevant laws, regulations, and standards.
• Follow all safety policies and procedures.
• Extensive travel (up to 80%) may be required based on business needs, including weekends.
