Clinical Education Manager – Invasive Cardiology

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Drive clinical expertise through leadership, innovation, and responsibility.

• Oversee the Invasive Cardiology clinical education initiatives.

• Collaborate with global product and engineering teams for future product advancements.

• Ensure compliance and readiness for audits.

• Create training programs and presentations for the clinical applications team.

• Standardize pertinent programs across the organization.

• Communicate clinical policy and procedural guidelines.

• Assist with resource planning efforts including recruitment and onboarding.

• Manage customer escalations after the sale.

• Advocate for clinical applications education throughout the customer lifecycle.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree with 5 years of experience as a healthcare professional.

• Over 3 years of experience in a clinical applications organization.

• Strong understanding of products and connectivity.

• Familiarity and a keen interest in current healthcare market trends.

• Excellent communication and facilitation skills, with a proven ability to engage employees and customers at all levels.

• Capability to resolve complex issues within the functional area and/or area of expertise.

• Ability to develop and implement priorities and strategies to achieve objectives.

• Willingness to travel up to 30%, including occasional overnight stays based on geography and business requirements.
