Clinical Education Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.

📋 Description

• Oversee the strategy and implementation of educational programs for injectors

• Align training initiatives with the skill levels of participants and the objectives of the business

• Collaborate across departments to execute effective clinical initiatives

• Develop relationships with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) and support major accounts

• Provide coaching to Clinical Specialists

• Monitor performance through Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

• Ensure the execution of programs is compliant and efficient

• Offer strategic insights for AMI programs

• Collaborate with Sales and Marketing teams on engagement strategies

• Lead the on-site execution of educational programs

• Assist in KOL development for training and speaking opportunities

• Establish and monitor KPIs

• Create customized pathways and educational programs

• Deliver coaching and mentorship to the clinical specialist team

• Organize shadowing days and offer coaching support to new Clinical Specialist hires

• Evaluate competencies to develop effective training plans

• Work alongside Medical, Legal, and Regulatory teams to ensure compliance

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a science or health-related field

• Registered Nurse or Nurse Practitioner certification with over 5 years of clinical experience

• Experience in Health Education and Training is a plus.

• Previous non-clinical experience in commercial roles (marketing, sales, training) is advantageous

• Expertise in the aesthetics industry is beneficial.

• Willingness to travel (including potential overnight business) up to 30%

• Possession of a valid passport

• Valid driver's license
