Clinical Education Consultant

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.

📋 Description

• Enhance customer success by providing expert clinical consultations, assessments, and impactful education that enable users to achieve the best results with ASP products.

• Fortify ASP’s market leadership by establishing trusted, long-term relationships with clients and collaborating closely with Sales to offer best-practice, value-oriented solutions that cater to strategic accounts.

• Promote clinical education by creating, developing, and delivering engaging training programs and materials that boost product adoption and foster customer engagement.

• Influence the future of ASP’s offerings by acting as a clinical expert for internal teams - guiding product development, identifying market trends, and amplifying customer feedback.

• Ensure operational excellence by effectively managing schedules, budgets, and priorities while working collaboratively across functions to assess product performance and support essential organizational initiatives.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor’s degree (BS/BA) is mandatory.

• A Registered Nurse (RN) license is preferred.

• 5-10 years of relevant clinical experience in OR and/or SPD and/or Endoscopy, and/or infection prevention practices is preferred.

• At least 3 years of experience in delivering educational programs or presentations is preferred.

• Exceptional written and verbal communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.

• Proficiency in Microsoft software applications (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint).
