This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Engage with hospital clinical staff and Access TeleCare physicians to guarantee timely and efficient patient care.
• Execute all duties associated with the CCC Coordinator role.
• Oversee incoming consultations throughout the CCC consultation lifecycle workflows.
• Prioritize and allocate emergency and non-emergency consultations across various service lines.
• Utilize approved protocols, workflows, and computer-aided dispatch systems to assess situations and take appropriate actions.
• Test the readiness of computers, cameras, and related communication equipment.
• Monitor and sustain queues to prioritize and assign consultations in accordance with service level agreements (SLAs).
• Achieve or surpass performance metrics and standards of service excellence.
• Maintain professional interactions with healthcare facilities, physicians, coworkers, and supervisors.
• Stay on-call or beyond the end of shifts and respond to emergencies when necessary.
• Cultivate collaborative relationships across departments.
• Notify the supervisor of issues or concerns and take corrective actions as needed.
• Promote a positive team spirit and organizational culture.
• Carry out additional tasks as required.
• High School Diploma, GED, or an equivalent certification is required.
• A minimum of one year of experience in a call center environment, healthcare, or IT.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Capability to work effectively across different departments.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and communication and collaboration tools across various operating systems.
• Ability to learn software and systems efficiently.
• Excellent telephone and customer service skills.
• High attention to detail.
• Flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced setting.
• Ability to quickly learn and adapt to new technologies and systems.
• Capability to excel in a remote work environment.
• Availability for a 2nd-shift schedule from 2:45 PM to 11:00 PM Eastern Time, Thursday to Monday.
• Willingness to work weekends and holidays as necessary.
• Ability to remain on-call, stay past shift end, and respond to emergencies as required.
• Ability to remain stationary for 50% of the time while performing frequent headset use, computer monitor viewing, and repetitive keyboard/hand movements.
